Have an appointment that I am trying to reschedule. Been on the phone for more than an hour now trying to talk to somebody. I have been transferred to the reception that does not answer. Cannot reach anybody. This is a hospital. What if there is a real urgency?

Horrible emergency reception service! The lady who was in charge of my request (the one who receives you after you take a ticket) was rude. She kept moaning, was clearly "jaded", very cold and unfriendly! Also if you need help there is no one to help you, I knocked on his door after 5 hours of waiting, no one has opened ... ==> I follow up on my comment: the person who had this behavior is the young brunette woman, thin, with a ponytail. The date is November 7, 2020. I hope this helps you identify the person concerned to improve this service. Best regards

Urgently hospitalized for a knee problem, I found myself in the surgery department on the second floor with great and very professional staff. Hope not to go back but thank you for the work you do and the attention you pay to the patient. THANK YOU
