Deplorable! I ask to have a cabinet key redone in February 2020. The key does not work. After multiple reminders by going directly to the store or by phone, always leaving my contact details (5 times my number was noted down to never call me back), today still no functional key. Staff in bad faith since yesterday, following an umpteenth visit, reimbursement is not possible because the manager is absent. I'm going back there again today and now the funds in the cash register are not sufficient to reimburse me for my 15 € ... Then I learn in passing that the 2 employees seen the day before were quite able to manage the problem and solve it but they obviously didn't want to ?! What an image for customers! No follow-up, I wasted my time and my calm in front of the personnel who chose these tasks ?! 8 months of stubbornness for nothing because today I certainly got my money back but still no key !! Incomprehensible, no customer service, no desire to satisfy customers ... never again!

No hello, sitting in a chair with legs apart, throwing the products next to the customer's head, just saying No to a request. Run away ! We ordered a duplicate of a key that they charged us € 198 (when finally a colleague made it to us for € 70). Finally they were unable to deliver it after more than 2 months of waiting and for the refund it was either in cash or by making a complaint to the head office, in short no fluidity when the service is already unsatisfactory ...
