Crêperie Les Cousins

Absolutely horrible customer service! They were so busy that they wouldn’t even offer me the menu even when I asked! The woman server helped another woman who entered the restaurant after me to order to go while the guy had told me he couldn’t because it would take too long, hence I decided to sit at the table. When I decided to leave, he said he was sorry that they were busy! Do NOT recommend this place if you are visiting this place and they don’t seem that friendly! This post is about their customer service not about the food they served as I didn’t have the pleasure of tasting the food.

It’s nice and cosy place where you can have very tasty pancake or cheeseburger. The staff is friendly and welcoming and there is one lady that speaks very good English. Even when it’s full of people you won’t wait long for your food. I wouldn’t recommend to go with stroller there as there isn’t enough space between the tables to put a stroller. For older children ( 2 years old and above) would be perfect.

Food is delicious! Get the speciale and bretonne. Service is good.

I don't even know where to start. I would highly recommend stopping by this place whenever you are in Paris. I went here with my girlfriend, inspired by Anthony Bourdain, and probably the best decision we've made. The waiter and waitresses were welcoming and friendly. I think the waiter was being extra nice to my girlfriend (damn these romantics) and recommended all the incredible dishes, and a side of wine of course. It's straightforward, order what looks good and you won't be disappointed. We went back here twice during our 4-Day trip and had a better experience than a 1-Michelin Star restaurant.

Great crêperie, warm welcome, good service and terrific food. If you're in the neighborhood, I would totally recommend grabbing a bite to eat at Crêperie Les Cousins 👌
