Really bad service.. Pizzas are tasteless. Desserts are simply not good. One of the waitresses was soooo unpleasant (dark curly hair with bright eyes) really gave us the feeling we are not wanted there. We heard it from others but just now realized it's so true.

It takes ages to have some food. Italian is only a word in menu, nothing related to real Italian food. My colleague order an something like Italian food, I order a medium cooked burger, and , after almost 2 hours waiting time, I received a rare one instead. Since you reply to my post, I add the following: is the first time in my life that a Caprese is served without Mozzarella!! This is not related to how much busy you are ....

Personnel was very kind and reactive. Tried the pasta with sea food, and was unfortunately not that good, especially considering the higher than average price for an italian restaurant. The environment is lively, but not over the top, with a lot of the nearby students and staff from the HEC.

Overall quality is lowering. Annoying music, air conditionner is freezing. The food is fine, the staff is okay.
