CORRUPT POLICING,NEVER WILL I RETURN TO PARIS. THEY SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF THERE UNIFORMS.

Très mal accueilli par la policière qui prenait ma plainte. Je vais essayer de rester polis.. Hautaine, AUCUNE compassion, AUCUNE pédagogie ou compréhension. Elle levait les yeux au ciel et soufflait.. Super pour une personne qui porte plainte en état de fatigue et de stresse 👍. Si vous n’êtes pas fait pour ce travail il faut changer ! Ce n’est pas notre faute si vous êtes fatigués ou quoi qu’est ce ... Quand une caissière passe une mauvaise journée elle ne balance pas ses articles aux clients et reste courtois du début à la fin. Si nous devons tous nous comporter comme la policière l’a faite avec moi quand nous passons une mauvaise journée ça serais l’anarchie... A revoir la formation de certains... Ils prennent avantage de leur rôle car nous ne pouvons rien dire de peur qu’ils ne prennent pas notre plainte. J’ai été très intelligente de ne pas sortir de mes gonds car un tel accueil est INACCEPTABLE pour une personne qui porte plainte ! N’hésitez pas à les remettre à leur place ils ne sont pas dans leur droit à nous traiter de cette manière! « Gardiens de la paix » mais oui bien sure...

"Sir, we have to come back tomorrow in the day there are too many people". No one in the waiting room it was 6:00 p.m. I come back the next day at 12 noon. My documents are being processed ... I wait ... I get up to ask why I am waiting ... I get up a second time ... the question I asked my colleagues over the phone ... then nothing. Apparently there were people before me waiting to file complaints. I counted only one person in the waiting room. Subsequently, people arrived and were served almost immediately. Finally after two hours of waiting without result I asked to make an appointment. Result: I have to go through all this tomorrow to retrieve a document while all the procedures were correctly carried out.

Obviously, it all depends on "who we fall on"! Last night around 11 p.m., we came to file a mobile phone complaint and were very well received by the young woman at the reception, also little wait and were satisfied with the interview we then had with the official. police - also young - with whom we lodged the complaint. He showed great politeness, a pleasant relaxation, a good listening and we remained quite amazed after bad relationship experiences in this same place during the day. Another official came by, obviously very "sheriff" with a rude approach, looking much less intelligent and we were glad we hadn't dealt with him ... We fell well but obviously it is Russian roulette in this type of administration unfortunately. Training is certainly essential for those who do not have the knowledge to be necessary for these missions.
