Good Service

The most disagreeable sellers, no words of politeness. No request for an identity card to collect a package. Clearly assume not to be friendly and send customers off for a simple request. Shameful !!!

I took a 30min bus ride in the morning to pick up a parcel, the manager was not there and the other person did not want to give me my parcel and told me to come back at 2:00 p.m., I came back to 14hoo, manager still not there :( I waited 15min before being able to pick up my package, in short I did 2 hours of bus, no understanding, not friendly :(

If only all relay parcel points could be like this one. We can just drop them off, too bad we can't receive them. Very good welcome

Staff do not wear masks. Unpleasant reception.
