I went there for the first time a year ago and was greeted as soon as possible by my counselor who was fully competent. Yesterday I phoned the reception for a certain request and the one who spoke to me was very friendly.

The welcome is great !!! I had a problem with my advisor but ultimately the agency manager contacted me! I am delighted, a lot of sympathy and empathy. She was able to offer me solutions quickly!

If the 0 existed it would be little compared to the incompetence of the advisers present on this agency. You attack and disrespect when you call them. Excuse us if we disturb you, but it seems to me that you are paid to do a job and not to chatter! Clearly they are not worth it run away !! And I weigh my words !

It's easy to avoid, especially if you want to start or create your company turn around. My advisor has run away my sister who has been there for a few years, she transferred all her accounts to the polar bank, unfortunately I can not go into details because it would be really too long, but this counselor is incompetently deplorable at one point you do not even imagine! And moreover condescending. My mother has his accounts in this agency for years I had not even been born and I'm soon 30 years old, but it will soon change banks I will find him another. As for me, I have been in this agency since the age of 16, and I do not understand because it deteriorates over time. The councilors were formerly at the top, and today we are facing machines ... my advisor is devoid of humanity. I am in a period of creation of society and I can tell you that it does not arrange me but that it plunges me more than anything else ... No sense of listening, I do not even understand in what way she wears the title of this post because she is incompetent and inhuman. It is probably because of this kind of person that misanthropy exists, in any case it has caused me a disgust, I look forward to change banks once my situation is restored.
