Reception agent lacks professionalism, the slightest question he gets angry, very haughty and does not respect his customers. Very disappointing.

Recommended letters being said not received ... emails which remain unanswered ... no continuity in case of absence of your interlocutor and if you try to have someone on the phone arm yourself with patience and take half a day if you work ... In view of all the previous customer reviews, there is a real problem in this agency which considers very little its customers. Does the Caisse d'Epargne head office care about the quality of service? It seems to me that this is an important issue today.

This agency is the worst thing ever, the advisers in place are the garbage and the rejected of all IDF agencies. No friendliness, no sense of service, contemptuous, condescending and so on. In such a climate, I advise you all to delete your accounts from this agency, because it is our small salaries as they think that pay theirs ...
