Newspapers are not delivered to the correct address. The reception on the phone is directly aggressive. To escape absolutely!

The customer service does not bother to pick up the phone ... After fifteen tests in the opening hours a lazy employee sends me on the answering machine ... indicating that the offices are closed ... they are already seriously late on setting up my subscription. Frankly choose another subscription service ... it's exhausting and a waste of time.

Very disappointed with the service offered by Toutabo! On 12/01/2016 I took a 24-month monthly subscription (TTB-661096) for the Poker52 magazine via Toutabo and since March 2018 it's a real disaster ... Every month since March 2018 I receive the magazine more and more late until I haven't received it at all for the last 3 months !! I received the March number on 03/14, the April number on 04/30, the May number on 05/29 and the June number on 07/17 is 1 month and a half after its delivery date usual !! And even better, I haven't received the July, August and September issues to date ... I contacted Toutabo Customer Service several times, 3 times by call (end of July, end of August and today) and 1 time by email (to which I have never received a response), but for almost 2 months except to tell me that they are sending an email to the editor and to wait for no solution has been offered to me, it is unacceptable to tell me again to wait knowing that since July I have been waiting for a solution and that the problem is known to your services but no return is made to me if I do not contact you by call! I strongly advise against going through Toutabo for its subscriptions, especially when you have a problem, Customer Service is not at all comprehensive, responsive and up to the task ...
