Great service and always on time. People that talk about hidden charges are first time users and never done their research. If u dont wanna hv to worry about being late these guys are the ones to use..

I don't recommend this company for a taxi in Paris. We booked a taxi from Place Vendome to Orly airport for a fix price of $42€. We were waiting the driver 10 minutes before the time and the driver came 7 minutes later. Once we jumped in the car he told us we had to pay 4€ more because he was waiting for us for like 5 minutes which it wasn't true because we were outside the building before the time. He started laughing because we didn't understand french very well and why he was charging us more when it was a fixed price. We started complaining because we were sure we were on time and finally he says that he was not going to fight to 4€. We had a very bad time trying to communicate with the driver and apparently is a common practice from this company so if you're visiting Paris, try not to use this company to move around the city.

Took advantage of us because he could. Our cab driver charged us the booking fee twice, and milked the meter as long as humanly possible. When we entered the meter read 4.00 then he added 3 "for waiting for us" (he sat there for a minute getting the infant seat set up) then charged for our ride, adding money as we were driving, then added another 4 at the end. When confronted he yelled at me telling me it was a booking fee and then moved on to saying that it's prepaid (because I used the app) and just stole my money anyways. This is not our first bad experience and so far it has been 2 bad 0 good. Thanks. Uber it is!

It’s basically a scam Coming from Abu Dhabi to Paris , booked them to pick me up from CDG C2 I gave them the timing half an hour after official arrival and the flight number, FLIGHT NUMBER, every taxi service in the world check those because as a passenger I have no control over flights nor baggage arrival, The guy waited for 10 mins and left, they called. I told them flight delayed, I am not the captain, just wait I’ll pay extra, he said no we will leave, we only wait 10 mins, they refuse to pay me back my money, so basically got scammed by 90€, got an attitude on the phone and took an Uber How can this be an actual operating business I will never understand, and they encourage you against Uber !
