Hello, RentACar Aubervilliers No respect for customers. On the phone, they start by telling you about their intransigence on schedules and that they have a family life. If you arrive 15 minutes before closing, they make a face, or even they are threatening, Theft of rental days with bogus pretexts ... The icing on the cake, if you have an origin that does not suit them. No impunity. Frankly, a very bad experience. In addition, they have the answer to everything, and you will NEVER go to see THEIR FAULT, IT IS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE FAULT.

Really, they don't care about the customer. Total contempt. See even threatening. Without commrntaire. In my opinion to be avoided.

I do not understand 1 star reviews. I arrived in the agency, the vehicle was ready. We made a first inventory very specific and honest. On return, the inventory was done very honestly too. No problem with the deposit. Nice and welcoming staff. In short, easy, fast and convenient rental.
