Thank you for your feedback, it's practical google, it allows to have an answer, my last email has not had one since July 15th. We did not rent via AirBnB but furnished with lease ... And you installed this glass door the day after our tenants moved in, the inventory had taken place the day before, because you had more than 15 days late on the planned installation date, see my wife's emails at the time ... But that's not even the subject ... Since I sent you the photos, it is not the glass that has a defect, but the welds on your door lock. And the diagnosis of your technician who came to change the glass which confirms this in front of a witness. But you did not want to move, which I did, and I then sent you precise photos, which validate what your technician is saying, we can see the 2 weld bumps, where exactly the 2 glass cracks. In contact with these bumps, the glass eventually cracked, after several door opening and closing. You received all this by email in mid July, no response, and your response which speaks of a defect in the glass ... You have to know how to assume when there is a manufacturing defect, validated by your own team and by precise photos. Occasionally you can answer me about the keys to the lock ... Good evening, Without reply to my message of a month ago, I restart you. Have you only watched the photos I sent you? Have you taken the time to listen to your employee? Rather than having a priori from the beginning on this story, you are told 2 seconds: "my client and my employee may be right? " Looking forward to your answer on the merits, what are your arguments regarding the diagnosis of your employee, who told us that it was the weld bumps at the origin of the breakage of the glass, that he had to "grind" with a drill (!)? And in the photos, where we see very well the 2 starts of the breakage of the glass, at the top and bottom of the lock, the 2 exact locations where are the 2 welding bumps ...
