Very helpful older man who offered to call when the key required became available. Unfortunately, having had no news, I stopped by a week or so later and the shutters were half closed. As it was nearly 3PM on a Thursday afternoon, and I could see a younger man sitting behind the till, I banged on the door and was completely ignored. To avoid this happening to other clients, it would be most helpful if you could display your opening hours on the door.

Nullissime .... I had to make duplicate secure keys, and the store announced a delay of 8/10 days. After 5 weeks the keys are still not ready and the shop is unable to inform me about the time (or even to check if the order has actually been placed with the supplier). And of course impossible to get reimbursed. The icing on the cake is that the price charged is incredible (more than 70 Euros by secure key, while the same service can be found online for less than 25 Euros on specialized sites (see Google search engine)).
