In the top ! Professional, fast and efficient. Door slammed with keys in the lock, in 45 min a competent person was there, and in 5 min my door was open. The person even gave me advice. I really recommend, they were recommended to me by my Macif insurance.

Internet experiences on locksmiths in this kind of case are scary: scams, unnecessary locks change, exorbitant prices etc ... Locked outside with key in the lock, inside: unable to get home. I was afraid of paying a hefty bill, that day being (it always happens at these times) a Sunday. Fortunately, I had my phone. : and while searching on the net, I come across the good opinions of this locksmith. I called, (I was answered when it was Sunday) I was told a very reasonable price (including tax, travel included.) The craftsman was on site in 15 minutes and opened the door in 5 minutes. The price is the one indicated on the phone. Very relieved and not to have set the triple, which some locksmiths who abuse the situation would have requested. Really, a good address

Lack of professionalism To explain my situation, never need a duplicate of my keys as quickly as possible for a friend The website does not work how we get information quickly. I called the store number twice on Sunday morning (24/24) to find out if it was open so I could store my keys. They did not pick up. The only advantage is that they quickly call back to a number that is not listed on their Google. I didn't even know it was them. I explain to him that I would like to make my keys and especially if you were open to come quickly. He said they are open, but sorry, but we do not check in on Sunday please come back on Monday? I do not recommend open on Sundays and can be 24 hours a day, but we do not want to make keys. I hope the website specifies that we open, but we do not check in on specific days.
