Staff not very friendly, bins full, no one thinks of changing them when very few customers are there. My order was not quite what I asked for nor my drink for that matter! For a fast-food job that doesn't require enormous intellectual skills, make an effort to have a staff up to the task ...

Scandalous !! I showed up that day in front of this Subway restaurant at 6:54 pm. An employee refuses to serve me. So I decided to speak to the manager of this restaurant who was familiar with me, saying "he is crazy" while I remained very polite. This one not wanting to serve me either because it was 6:54 pm on the pretext that she would not have time to finish on time at 7:30 pm. As a Subway manager you better reframe the people you hire ... You don't make this Subway restaurant look good. I am a regular at your brand and I have never had a problem except in this Subway here ... The employees of this restaurant refuse customers before closing time and do not respect them. One of the employees even told me to "go eat elsewhere" ... Unfortunately I am not making this story up.
