Quite mixed, the store is certainly large, but very poorly organized and stocks are few the poor animals are in very dirty cages, full of flies and in a pitiful state, the prices are excessive as in all pet shops, moreover I wanted to be reimbursed for 4 purchases because I found cheaper elsewhere (I made the refund the same day barely 10min after having made my purchases) the cashier (very unpleasant) told me that I did not reimburse only the assets which is totally false and not specified on the receipt so it was taken back by the manager I guess who she accepted straight away! In short I do not recommend this store although it is quite large!

No commercial sense, .... even with long-standing customers ..... taking a poorly wrapped candle holder worth 6.5 €, after having paid for it, the packaging opened to the body, the glass part fell and broke; I asked for the possibility of exchanging it since the packaging did not ensure the safety of the product; categorical refusal by the cashier and by the manager for a product that must have cost them less than 2 euros ...... to make this saving, they just lost a client who left them much more .... pet store I recommend they don't deserve your money
