What a great shop and such friendly service! We were so pleased to find such a wonderful store with an excellent array of products (and very reasonably priced) for my puppy (and for cats too!). I really appreciated the help the staff were able to give. My little Lola was very happy with everything we bought her there and we will most certainly be back. A great find in our neighbourhood!! I'm so disappointed. I was in the store on rue de Lévis with my dog ​​last Sunday (12/20) to try on little coats. After several fittings and hesitation because the coats were very expensive, I ended up taking the hunter uppsala extreme coat for more than 70 euros. I also bought the famous Pet corrector (50 ml) at 14 euros and some. I go home very happy and satisfied with my purchases. I then discovered on the internet that I was well taken. Indeed, the coat costs 30 euros less on the internet (Auberdog, amazon etc). The pet corrector costs 8.50 eur on the internet as well. I am writing to customer service because I want to be reimbursed. I have no answer. I would love to be reimbursed knowing that it is a difficult time financially and that I cannot afford to throw my money away.
