LA PLOMBERIE DU RUISSEAU

We had dropped a rim freshener in our WC which started blocking water a little. We called upon services of ruisseau plombier. A plumber called Sasha came, and i explained him the situation to remove the fallen freshner which was blocking the water. After 5 mins he told me he pushed it further down and this is how it is done or he would have to charge me 700 euros instead of 200 euros to remove the toilet and fix it. I wasn't convinced at that time with his proposed solution but as the water was flushing correctly so naive me thought this is how it might be working in france. Within next two days my toilet completely blocked and i realized immediately that sasha purposely did this to make him call again so i PAY him more to remove toilet and fix it. They took advantage of fact i am not french and not speaking good french and purposely aggravated the problem more than it was just to make me pay more. I got it fixed from another plumber (who charged me just 120)eventually as i didn't want pay a dime more to Ruisseau plombiers, and i even demaded refund for purposely troubling which ofcourse i never received. I never even received an apology from them. So please save yourselves from these lying thieves, and not use their services. It is shameful to take advantage of foreigners' innocence like this.
