We went there to file a complaint, there was no one in front of us and waited a very (too) long time. Yet there were many police officers able to take our statement. To the question "do you think there is still a long wait", the police official replied "if the wait is in your way go and file a complaint at another police station". The question was asked with calm and courtesy ... We felt that everything was done to dissuade us from filing a complaint (despite being victims of a road accident with hit and run) and we felt despised. After an hour and a half of waiting (still no one in front of us but a full waiting room), the officers still weren't able to tell us when we could give our testimony. So we decided to go to another police station.

A call was made at 1 a.m. to report the reckless driving of a heavily drunk man who tried to park for 45 minutes, but lost control of his vehicle and was speeding towards pedestrians. He could have been seriously injured but passers-by managed to flee. They never came.
