I called for a nighttime noise (after midnight), people in a howling pavilion and loud music. The policeman behind told me that he was going to send a crew but he LIE me! The noise never stopped, it's a shame to lie like this! Besides the policeman on the phone had a depressed voice, it was not very welcoming. I expected better from a public service.

Alarming ... I come to file a complaint for vandalism on my vehicle (motorbike), another motorbike / scooter having made it fall while parking. I am first told "come back tomorrow" on the intercom without even letting me return. Then when filing a complaint, I tell them that the offense took place just under a surveillance camera and that it will therefore suffice to look at the images over a short enough period to obtain a license plate, the policewoman answers me. "Oh, we don't have too much time, usually the person in charge of reviewing the images from the cameras does not." Result: more than 1000 euros of repair for my pocket ... So I wonder: if when someone suffers damage of such an amount and they do not need much to solve the problem, but they do not don't, isn't there a serious problem? It's very alarming, especially in a quiet city like this ...

Refusal to take a complaint following a hanging and flight time. Insurance has confirmed to me that very rare police stations refuse to take this type of complaint (without valid reason). A shame this public "service".
