I had my phone stolen and I went to get the police report for my insurance company. The police officers and receptionists were so polite and helpful. They were extremely gracious with my French and took the time to make sure I understood everything before I left the station.

Huuuuge waiting times, despite the fact there were only 5 people in the waiting room, they told us we had to wait about 2h to get in.

The police officers at this station are pleasant, polite and attentive to their fellow citizens. On the other hand, it's a shame that the man at the reception desk is so rude. Because of him I keep in mind a tarnished image of public service. I would have put 5 stars if I hadn't dealt with him.

Pleasant and professional agents. However, what I found abnormal is the waiting time, more than 6 hours for a simple complaint for a broken car window.
