What good is it to increase the strength of the Municipal Police if Justice remains the monopoly of the State, that this one does not manage to face all the delinquents presented to it by the national and municipal police? When in addition, the municipal police add a layer to the daily harassment that young people are already undergoing by the National Police (created in 1941 by the Vichy regime), especially if they do not have Gallic heads!

I called twice because victim of night racket Unfortunately the municipal police has not passed because other interventions were planned before mine. Good luck to the police who are understaffed and at best cope with rampant crime.
