I have been at Crédit Agricole for many years, this is the first time that I have come across such contempt for its customers.

I have been with them since childhood. But I am more and more disappointed with the services offered by this bank! I had to change counselor at least 3 times in 1 year without knowing it because each time I call I have a new counselor. Do not have a proximity agency with these clients! By cons they know you call to offer you a loan to the consumer!
