Recommend to book your hotel near this station if you want to connect with London and go to Disneyland.

It’s humongous and highly disorganized. Signage is seriously lacking. Most ticket machines were out of order. Scammers galore. Avoid anyone offering you “help” at the ticket machines. No places to sit. Wait for when they start their remodel for it to become even worse.

It has been a little while, but I am surprised to see such low reviews for what I consider to be a very good train station, especially considering its size. Definitely at the top of the list when it comes to large stations.

We came by to pick up a car that we had hired and was located here. We followed the signs to the car hire area below the main level. There were quite a lot of trains here which was really nice. It looked like it was where the Eurostar was. There were a few cafes on the ground floor and a few shops on the different floors. I didn't spend a lot of time looking around since we were just there to get the car but it did look quite nice and large.

The station, particularly transferring to the metro, is pretty much guaranteed to get robbed / pickpocketed. Well known but nothing seems to be done about it. Please add security and protection for your visitors here.
