Large choice of equipment for rent I recommend

Feedback from experience Individual requiring a shampooer, I call the agency to know the price of the rental to the day, the counselor answers 18 € and I can return the next day before noon (not being the town). Appointment the next day, the price is no longer € 18, but € 24, the advisor on the phone will have misinformed. Okay. Back home, I attack at work and surprise, the equipment is in a dirty state, and does not work properly. I call the agency to present my problem (boutton on / off that works badly, and water leak), the technician clearly answer me to hack it by putting tape for the leak, and strongly press the button on. So I decide to return it. Arriving at the agency, the technician takes charge of the machine, repairs the leak and makes everything work. And by talking before the lady at the reception, new surprise, it is 24 € not the day but the half day. Morality: I lost a day of work, made 50km round trip to pay € 24 renting a machine which I did not use. First and last time!
