My doctor is on leave I ask for an appointment for the d-day for my 4 year old son who is feverish so an emergency, the secretary responds very badly. She is very unpleasant. If the doctors in the office read me, you should change it because it's not the first time it's unpleasant. A little compassion ma'am and changed your behavior.
