deplorable after-sales service incompetent staff and store manager who is useless. After 3 hours of negotiation, we finally succeeded in exchanging a washing machine that has broken down for 1 1/2 months. the exchange model turns out 10 euros + expensive no commercial gesture more I am asked 29.90 to find me a faster time slot !!!!

Very good store. Very welcoming staff. Health rules respected, we feel safe.

Small franchise store, salespeople although busy offer their help and hello is practiced there :). For the rest there are 2 or 3 prices missing here and there but nothing serious. In short, we feel welcome!

I bought a dishwasher and a vacuum cleaner, which I have not yet recovered. But the customer service is perfect, the welcome is top notch and the music in the store is great 👍🏻
