French Coffee Shop

Very nice place with great coffee, hot chocolate and desserts ( especially the cheesecake). The guy from the shop was so kind. I recommend it!

During an extended tour of the superb South West region of France of which Cahors is part, we stopped for a coffee at the French Coffee Shop and we're very glad we did. We had the best coffees we've had in a long while and as Australia has some of the best coffee makers in the world, that is indeed a compliment. My wife Helen's latte and my own Mocha were sublime and well crafted with the biggest cream topping I've ever had in a Mocha. The cakes were also delicious and the service from the barista was also very pleasant. If you're heading to Cahors or driving very nearby it's well worth adding this coffee shop with its meeting place vibe to your itinerary.

The name and the menu board felt like it had American influences. Muffins and donuts and cheesecake graces the pastry case. They looked really tempting but we were only stopping for a drink. They are serious and generous with their application of whipped cream (unsweetened). The choco -coco and macchiato were topped amply. The owner and order taker were very friendly.

Dropped in for a.quiet place to make a call and diacocer e.the owner lived in Namibia for 8yrs. We chatted about that beautiful land and the coffee was ace. Stop in and chill. Owner seems to know everyone as he greeted so many people passing by.
