Not helpful, not even for one sentence, only an annoyed "no" and disappearing. Although somebody else (not from the garage) even tried to help. I wanted information, e.g. whether I could come Monday, maybe with sn idea about what is broken, but not that they immediately repair anything, at a Friday afternoon, of course.
