Absolutely beautiful building set in Corsica's idyllic mountain town, Calenzana. The rooms are spotless and tasteful and the shared areas are lovely for a peaceful breakfast, aperitíf or dinner - the kitchen has everything you need. Ann is a wonderful and attentive host, and has made this a perfect place for a break from home. Calenzana is a lovely little town with delicious restaurants, a bakery and shops where you can buy everything you need to eat or drink. It is also of course the start of the famous GR20 hike which I'm yet to do but love the smaller mountain walks which can be done up to the refreshing pools with beautiful views of Northern Corsica. Highly recommended.

Loved this place. The tenant is really nice. The bedrooms are clean and bathrooms are modern and convenient. It is possible to do your laundry. Bed+breakfast was 45e. Loved this place as a starting point for Mar E Monti!

Beautiful place to stay! Perfect for a quiet, comfy night before GR20. Spacious, clean, good big kitchen, WIFI, hot showers. Great hostess who helped us a lot -- gave us a lift up from Calvi (cheaper than a taxi) and helped us to shop on a Sunday evening. Thoroughly recommended to anyone. Great pizzeria nearby too. Thank you very much.

Perfect location to start GR20. Wonderful hospitality, clean and convenient. Superb value for money!

We stayed one night before starting the GR20 at this gite. We couldn't have asked for better! The host is available (we arrived at the residence earlier than expected). The cottage is located at the start of the hike, there is a supermarket 200m away and several restaurants. The setting is also ideal with the possibility of picking and squeezing lemons. Value for money ok, I recommend 😉
