Folacci Charcuterie

We tasted the raw ham of this producer while we were on holiday in the Calvi area buying it in an E.Leclerc supermarket and finding it an excellent compromise between the "industrial products" and the exquisite artisan goodies but with a very high cost. So you can imagine the surprise when moving south, in the Ajaccio area, we came across a sign that signaled the manufacturing company, actually a butcher / delicatessen a few km from the production site. The gentleman at the counter proved to be very nice and willing to explain their products to us, unfortunately due to the holiday that was coming to an end we did not have time to try even the meat that looked really good. Pero` we did not miss a nice provision of cold cuts under vacuum (raw and loin mainly) to take home

Very good cured meats you a big hard worker to satisfy his customers.
