I can only recommend this salon! The hairdressers are very professional, very welcoming, very attentive! They managed to tame my afro type hair with a very successful cut. I highly recommend this salon anyway.

I took the advice of a friend and visited this salon for the first time. Very warm welcome, good advice and above all very professional. Hello I had a good time. The only downside for me is that I had asked the person who took care of me to have a warm blonde color gradient and especially not to have a cold blonde that draws towards the white because it was not right at all with my complexion and that is not what I wanted at all. So I allowed myself to show him a photo of what I wanted, insisting that I wanted exactly what was in the photo. In the end when I went outside I realized that my hair was completely white I was platinum blonde a white that I didn't want at all and in the end I have a cold blonde instead of a warm blonde. This show absolutely does not respect what you ask. I don't even have a color gradient my hair bears no resemblance to what I asked for and even less with the photo I brought myself to show them what I wanted. The staff are nice but absolutely do not respect what you want especially if you showing a photo do not expect the same result. By making the remark to the hairdresser he allowed himself to tell me that I had to wait for my roots to grow back

To avoid absolutely, at the risk of falling on the worst hairdresser in the world, if one can call it a dressing table, because cutting is not in its strings. See attached photo, a staircase as a square, the photos speak for themselves. I specify that I had requested a slight degradation because I have wavy hair naturally. She finished on a natural drying so it was less visible. When smoothing out the disaster, I have to tie my hair every day, not want to pay again immediately, and especially not at home! Anyway I have to wait for it to grow back. No response on Facebook on the official website. Too ashamed perhaps ... In addition it is not there the 1st time, my daughter also had a similar problem (it was the reverse, shorter below). The ideal would be to be able to put no star.

150 € to leave the show with orange roots! I have been trusting FRANCK PROVOST salons for 8 years, yesterday was the last ... When I comment on the color of the roots, I am told to sunbathe and shampoo purple, the boss even told me that it was the lights in the living room that made this color! It is a shame to let a client go in this state! Zero professionalism! Living room to escape!
