Correct
Probably following a bad assembly on my part of the head of my brushcutter, I found myself unable to disassemble this head to unlock and add the plastic wire. When I unscrewed the bolt blocking this head, the drive shaft also turned without it being possible to jam it.
So I went to Val Equipement, to the Technical Pool which immediately tried to unblock the bolt in a traditional way and, failing to do so, to use an impact screwdriver / screwdriver: success.
This intervention was done free of charge and with a smile. The broken part could not be acquired from Val Equipement, which does not market my brushcutter brand.
In short, bravo and thank you for the speed of this intervention and ... its free.
My next purchase of garden equipment will be from them.
