Seriousness is no longer there since the deconfinement. The switchboard indicates in May "We will resume contact with the patients who had an appointment during this period" and no one has ever called now the reception is open but no answer during opening hours and there I am told we are not taking no check-up appointment this year although I have been waiting for almost 3 years now. Unbelievable

Not serious at all for more than a year to be treated and in the end never treated. The firm has never warned me about the cancellation of an appointment so a day asked for nothing and they say that they will re get back to you to make an appointment and they never do. Late for appointments and when you are late, we tell you when to be on time.

Despite the health crisis, the service is still of very high quality!
