A star just to be able to put a comment. I advise against calling on them. Cancel for no reason, take the decisions for you even if you give your consent, do not even warn you so you call when after a week you have no news, they do not send you the quote and when you receive it at your request, they allow themselves to add a note saying that a new washing machine is at such price and therefore cheaper than repairs. Basically we can not make the decision to repair our washing machine. What are they for?
