We had an operating problem, a 1st technician intervened, problem not resolved but we promised to find out about the problem and get back to us and it is done !!! A 2nd technician intervened, problem solved !! I would like to point out that these 2 technicians were more than patient, very professional without "knocking out" us financially. I recommend

Good professional, careful. I have been using this company for more than 5 years for the maintenance of my pellet stove, and I have never had a problem or a breakdown.

We have been using ECM since the installation of our pellet stove two years ago and we have always been satisfied. To take appointment, just leave a message as shown on the answering machine and the secretary quickly reminds. We had blocking problems several times and have always been quick fix, see in the day. Very appreciable when the blockage occurs in the middle of winter, it is very cold and there are no other means of heating In addition, the secretary and the technician are charming and attentive to the issues and the urgency of the intervention. We will continue to appeal to them without hesitation.

TO FLEE !!! we used ECM for the maintenance and cleaning of our pellet stove. invoice 160 €. at the start in winter the stove broke down. we dismantled the plate on the side and we realized that the flow meter was not cleaned at all !!!! we called the office (the boss who picks) and there insults, filtering calls and purpose hangs in my face! conclusion: 160 € for nothing so especially avoid this incompetent company
