Especially not to call the national 3241 because the wait is hallucinating and it never picks up. For the local contact and "the famous advisor" who does not answer the questions sent x mail, there are efforts to be made in terms of responsiveness and efficiency ..... to solve a problem of SMS connection to the website x. It's a shame, because by 22 in Asnières the savings bank was going much better but that was before.
