I was and frankly am extremely disappointed with the service offered. For facial hair removal, extremely hot wax, no wax test on the hand to assess the heat of the latter. Eyebrows cut with a scissor without even asking the client's opinion. And when we explain these worries and the embarrassment caused at the reception we just have the impression of being a liar as she has trouble taking comments into account. Frankly not very professional all that

Disappointing. Many products "out of stock" very little choice compared to other stores of the brand, lack of professionalism on the part of the staff. I would not stay there again.
