Despite a small problem of the wrong windscreen ordered, they offered me (on several occasions) a free replacement car - which I declined. Customer service was first class, including giving us a lift home, getting head office to call me in English (my French is less than perfect.....) and the car was well repaired. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

The result of Carglass was very unpleasant
