MOT in September with counter-visit. All work done but outside the 1 month deadline following a complex breakdown. Immobilization 2 months. I fix everything and even more. I want to retake my vehicle inspection and then the gentleman calls me to ask me curtly if he passes my vehicle or not because the BRAKE PADS light on the dashboard is lit. I remind him that the pads are good but without witnesses as in September and even so since the summer of 2018, that it will be displayed until I have them put with witnesses. Monsieur did not want to tell me why he understood that it was nothing dangerous in September but not there in December. He hung up on me and didn't attend to my car.
