A garage that lacks professionalism and that chaffs its customers. Following a breakdown on the 4 lanes, rapid towing (coordinated by the DIR and the gendarmerie) to the said garage. After 3 days no news from the garage about the repair. a first estimate by one of the mechanics by telephone (following a call from the customer) gives some information on the part and the hours of labor and informs the customer that a quote will be sent to him. 10 days later still no news of the estimate. Following a telephone call from the customer, the car was repaired but no written estimate allowing the customer to see costs. An increase of approximately 100% of the hours. to summarize - No quote - no replacement vehicle offered to the customer - no information provided to the customer - defective parts have not been returned to customers

I requested a breakdown service on Sunday July 15, 2019 for a nail in my tire, following a telephone exchange with the mechanic he told me to contact my insurance, thing done I call him back and told him that my insurance covers 95.40 € travel expenses, the mechanic tells me that I will therefore have 17 € at my expense, for the wick that will be laid. The mechanic calls me back and asks me if my car is rolling, I tell him that yes, so he asks me to go to the garage directly while charging me for travel costs. I explain to him that I am going to Spain, and that I have 1700km to do, he tells me no problem with the wick it is as if the tire was new, I am going to settle the sum of 17 € asked on the phone, I hold out a € 50 bill with no change, the mechanic tells me give me € 10 it's good, I give him € 10, they place them directly in his wallet. I hit the road the next morning, and to my surprise, my tire deflates, every 400km I lose 1kg of air, forced to re-apply pressure all the time and in an increasingly shorter period of time. After 1000km, worrying about the safety of my passengers, forced to put a puncture spray (cost 14 €) to finish the rest of the journey. Arrived on the spot, I call the garage to notify him of the problem I encountered following this pose, so I have Mr. KERGOAT on the phone, I explain to him that I was not happy with the service I got it for the cost, not wanting to hear anything, he replied, "what are you complaining about, it's not you who paid the amount, it's your insurance" I tell him it doesn't matter, money remains money, a payment remains a payment, and a service must correspond to the price paid, and for once (105.40 €) for a badly placed wick !!! Mr. KERGOAT shortens our exchange by hanging up on me, very cordial for a trader! Obliged to change my tire in Spain. You will therefore understand that for your incompetence, and your pitiful sense of trade, I cannot leave you a positive opinion! In the following minutes, this poor, slightly dishonest garage owner is unavailable ..... flee this garage !!!! Pitiful this is the proper term for this character
