This jewelry store just deserves one star. They are just meticulous to change the batteries of the watches. It's not their fault at the sales staff, it's the manufacturer's fault. But the jewels in guarantee are not repaired or at the purchase price, a shame. Do not buy from them, it's junk. Gold that cracks never seen it elsewhere. More than to send a complaint and go to the competition. We'll see in another store. But I find it scandalous to put the customer at fault for each problem, so as not to operate the warranty, there it is the store that is at fault. Guarantee no price in account therefore useless.
