We sent you two people for accommodation on Saturday 10.08.2019. On Saturday morning in the morning as you pass, you assigned room 4 to them. You do not give them the key. They are therefore forced to leave our party much earlier than expected. In the course of the afternoon, you call them to advise them that you change their decision. They had booked to get a twin room and you give them a new room with a single bed. There was no lighting on the stairs, no toilets on the floor, the sink was broken, etc. What a desappointment! Spontaneously spent one night in the accommodation when traveling to southern Brittany. The rooms were very clean with a very good value for money. The house has its own charm because the premises are partly in a former butcher. The landlords are very friendly and hospitable. Gladly again.
