I do not understand that the company VASSELET offers to remove the roofs. Here is the result obtained by this company which intervened on our cover in natural slates. The product was misused because they did not read the instructions! The sprayed product should have been diluted and thoroughly rinsed with water after application, which was not done and therefore "encrusted" on the surface on the slates and caused rust on the hooks. The company VASSELET considers that this is only an aesthetic problem ... and does not even answer the letters of a lawyer to find an amicable agreement ...
