Company to Flee! First of all, it was unimaginable to have them on the phone, very poor organization for reminders. Appointments made several months in advance are systematically postponed / canceled and very often the day before the appointment! when luckily a technician comes, he only does the bare minimum for lack of time and offers to come back later (incredible incompetence in terms of schedules), the technicians change all the time, they do not stay in this company and we can understand ! they themselves complain about the incompetence of their manager, too bad because some of them were very competent! the manager is tall and does not listen to clients as to think he does not want to work! anyway, because there would be a lot to say about this company, I simply advise you not to call on them in the event of a breakdown or a maintenance contract! There are small craftsmen who are much more competent and especially with better relational contact.

Mind-blowing incompetence, incompetence which can even prove to be very dangerous for customers. Payment of my contract in November 2019, after several cancellations the technician will not come until January 4, 2020 for what was supposed to be an annual maintenance. He tweaks the boiler, we hear an explosion, balance sheet at the end of his intervention: no more heating and no more hot water! We will stay like this until February 2, which is A WHOLE MONTH in the middle of winter. On February 2, the technician managed to put hot water on us but not the heating, we gave up. In mid-April, gas leak on the boiler: an element had been improperly fixed, we have to call emergency gas and have a technician come back: miracle, he takes the opportunity to repair the heating (which takes him 2 minutes). I spend all the mornings spent waiting for the technicians for all these appointments, and all the calls to try to be reimbursed: they turn a deaf ear, impossible to obtain a refund. In short: to flee !!!!

Unreachable customer service. Working at edf, I am ashamed that this company is associated with it.

A company absolutely not serious. Coming from another region, I had never seen that. If I could put 0 stars, I'll do it. It has been a month since we asked for an annual maintenance of gas boiler that continues to be canceled (4 times, systematically the day before and because we call). The company is virtually unreachable by email or phone. This is the company that installed the boiler, our owner has a contract at home and we took the file number. We even make it easy to make a joint meeting with our owners to make it easier for the company to get around, but nothing works, it is always canceled! The company was willing to move because the boiler was down after insisted (but the technician arrived unexpectedly because the secretary said that it was not possible that morning, luckily I was not gone ). However the interview has still not been done. The boiler was no longer working because you have to change the thermostat. It has been a month since it lasted, our owner has given his agreement without estimate for them to make this change and this had to be done at the same time as the maintenance, which is still not done ... There are also errors of last names in the edition of the files and the invoices (yes we are sent the invoices whereas the services are not made). I posted it by mail but I have no more answer ... I had two bills (one by mail with errors of address and surname, another with mistake of last name with a different amount for the annual maintenance, the 2nd bill being higher). Invoice not paid of course because no benefit made. If this company is unable to manage new customers, as early warning instead of agreeing appointments and systematically cancel them ... As a reminder, the annual boiler maintenance is mandatory and for reasons security, this company may endanger its customers as it seems to do so with a lot of them to read the other reviews. This is a pity because the technician came to repair the boiler was efficient, fast and professional but the management is to review ... I strongly discourage this company and hope that it will keep its commitment for the annual maintenance of boiler and the thermostat change which has been validated by our owner (indeed, our radiators heat up continuously, which is far from practical , to be economical and ecological ...)

The secretaries are listening when we manage to reach them ...! The technicians are competent when they move ...! But we must arm ourselves with patience, pugnacity and benevolence to obtain a quote and an appointment ....! Pity!
