Hotel Première Classe Sens Nord Saint Clément

We had booked this hotel for a one day lay over during our trip home. We found bugs in our bed en decided to leave because I am highly allergic to bed bugs. The hotel initially reacted really well and promised us a refund because there were bugs and we did not eventually stay there. After a few mails the hotel stopped responding and we never got our money back! They could have handled that so much better! Update: I never heard from the hotel again despite their respons that they would send me an email on google
