A magnificent gathering of collections from archaeology through to the treasury of the cathedral next door (also well worth visiting). Housed in the Archbishop's palace. Well displayed and very interesting due to its variety. Interesting for English visitors as it houses Thomas a'Becket's vestments in the treasury (as he was exiled there prior to his death at Canterbury cathedral). A must see in this city.

Fluid and dense circuit, with plural presentations and varied works. The cathedral treasure is very interesting to discover as well as the part of the thermal baths in the basement. Small flat, there is a directional molding workshop certainly in close connection with the museum and it would be good practice to make certain molded pieces in a reduced format so that children can playfully touch them. And thus achieve a whole playful course for example. In the meantime, a great summer opening initiative despite the health context. Friendly welcome. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

The description of the site of the office did not lie to us! '' A real 'palace-museum'! Installed in the former Palace of the Archbishops, in the immediate vicinity of the Cathedral, the Museums of Sens bring together three rich collections (from the State, the City of Sens and the Archaeological Society) '' He is so beautiful! Lots of things in a beautiful place. We still preferred the basement! To do !

This museum is based on Gallo-Roman remains. Leaning against the cathedral, it reveals pagan and Catholic treasures. A surprising visit for lovers of old stones.
