Very bad advice, we even have the impression of disturbing

We make all our trips with this agency the staff are very knowledgeable and efficient we are going back today to sign our next trip

Very unhappy with the Nouvelle Frontière de Sens agency and insurance. We spend more than 80 € in taking out insurance (best possible coverage) in order to be well covered. My husband's dad passes away and we have to cancel our flights taken for a trip abroad. The insurance refuses to take the dispute into account even though we have respected the procedures (inform the insurance within 48 hours of the death, all the associated supporting documents). We bought two Paris-Auckland and Auckland-Sydney flights. The Sens team assured us that the global insurance allowed us to be covered on both flights, and voila. The insurer refuses to take the dispute! After having bought many flights by the agency, the service is very clearly not up to par, nor Nouvelles Frontières (I am still waiting for the rest of my dispute) and the insurance offered by the group is just there to cash in but in if there is a problem do not even consider being covered! A shame. It has dragged on for 6 months, I am not informed of the progress. Appeal to a consumer protection association in progress and I wish to disseminate our experience to as many people as possible! No cover in the event of a problem, no customer service, a scam of 80 € on all flights purchased + canceled tickets not refunded despite the death of my husband's father and despite all items sent on time!
