I love it for years that I go there the welcome is always warm attentive, and the products are really good and the series of Christmas products always a pleasure to discover them

Very disappointed by the totality of the services requested, a leg waxing not conclusive at all, a body massage where there is only the back and the overpriced facial treatment. I should have stayed there for 2h00 for these three services and in 1h30 it was screwed up. The staff are more conditioned to sell than for the well-being of clients.

Beautician (in her twenties, not to mention a name) not gentle (not afraid of waxing), cold, failed several times so forced to redo the same area several times, hair removal not pleasant and spoiled and a lot of hairs remaining !! I will not go back .. What a waste for this money in the trash .. Pitiful.
