I strongly advise against! Renting a very good quality vehicle at a very acceptable price but shameful customer service. When I returned from the passenger car rented for the weekend, I was ordered to vacuum 3 gravel on the driver's side. Then, according to them I would have damaged the rims of this car. My deposit of 1200 € was therefore blocked while nobody made the inventory of the vehicle in my presence before I took it. Besides, had it been disinfected in accordance with current sanitary measures? I intend to defend myself and not be "pigeon-holed" by the Leclerc auto center in Poitiers.

Reception of correct departure but catastrophic restitution. The lady in charge of the collection informs us that she is likely to ask us for 40 € for interior cleaning even if it is just shoe marks on the conductive carpet! Come with your vacuum cleaner .... The working conditions and reception of clients are shameful! Two shabby, cramped counters wedged between a cash register and access to the establishment. During our visit on Thursday, September 25, only one bank card reader was working. Unless there is only one? Unable to leave her counter, the employee had to ask us to pass it to the person next door. Congratulations to the staff for their welcome, despite unworthy working conditions which denote a lack of consideration for the clients and themselves!

Rental at good price, more beautiful car, well maintained, the big problem where the 3 stars is the imprint on the bank card 1200euros, a real disaster for the rest of the month even if the latter is returned we are stuck on the ceiling, a check would be much better.
